Where are you located?

The studio is located at 106 King St, St. Catharines, ON.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of street parking available and parking across the street in the Market Square parking lot. Please note: Downtown St. Catharines strictly enforces paid hourly parking on all streets and most public lots Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 6:00pm. You can purchase a parking ticket through a machine or download the Honk Mobile App and pay directly through your phone.

Is the studio pet friendly?

To maintain a clean and allergy-free space, pets and animals are not permitted unless written pre-approval from a member of our team. We ask that you please keep your furry friends at home. Unauthorized animals will incur a $250 pet cleaning fee. For more information, please visit our Terms & Conditions

What is your capacity?

Our studio comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. This limit ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. If you have special requests for larger groups, please reach out to us at hello@largosloft.ca

What is included in the studio rental?

We provide complimentary furniture and decor, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a TV, and a boardroom table to enhance your experience. We kindly ask that you please use these amenities respectfully so they remain in good condition for all guests.

Are outdoor shoes allowed?

To keep our space clean, we ask that all outdoor shoes be removed upon entry. Clean, indoor shoes may be worn in lieu of outdoor shoes. Use of dirty footwear worn on rugs or furniture resulting in damage will result in forfeiting the deposit and may result in additional cleaning fees. Are food and drinks permitted?

To maintain the cleanliness and quality of our studio, food and drinks are not allowed in the main studio area. We kindly ask that all food and drinks be enjoyed only in the designated boardroom, kitchenette, or change room areas. Can we redecorate the space?

We love our studio just the way it is, and we hope you do too! Please refrain from making any alterations or moving any of the furniture without prior approval. To ensure safety and accessibility, please keep all doors and corridors unobstructed. This helps maintain easy movement and emergency access within the studio. Additionally, we ask that you do not remove any furniture or fixtures from the studio. We keep everything in place to ensure the space is fully equipped to cater to all of your creative needs.

Can I advertise in your space?

To maintain our studio's clean and professional look, we ask that no signage or advertisements be posted or affixed to our walls without our consent. This helps keep the space uncluttered and welcoming for all guests. This includes but is not limited to business cards, posters, stickers etc.

Do you charge a damage deposit?

A refundable security deposit of $50 will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded after the event, provided no damage has occurred during your rental period and no additional cleaning is required. The refund will take 5-10 days to process. Will you charge damage or cleaning fees?

Can I invite others to attend with me?
